每周末在家做一款新的点心/蛋糕/面包,越做兴趣越多,尤其是做出来的成品太好吃的时候。这周挑战Cheese Cake,把提拉米苏当作终极目标,所以先找了个很简单的方子(来自下厨房,我是严格按照方子走,除了豆沙馅买的是现成的,所以在糖的部分就减半了)小试了一下。
很好吃,也非常简单,只要手动打蛋器就可以,用不到揉面机。点缀的豆子是之前说过的蜜芸豆,发现也很搭。
