蜜汁叉烧

叉烧肉:

调料:李锦记叉烧酱,蒜瓣、蜂蜜、猪梅花肉

做法:猪梅花肉切合适尺寸长条,放到三种调料混合的酱汁里腌制48小时。烤箱380华度预热,将腌制好的肉放到烤架上,两面涂上蜂蜜,放到烤箱里烤20分钟,取出,再涂蜂蜜,再烤至熟即可。烤制时间取决于肉块的薄厚程度。
