一人食~一个人的午餐


娃不在,大部分时候午餐都是随便打发的,比如煮个馄饨,放点紫菜,切点香菜,浇上酱油、香醋和香油就搞定。奢华版就是再放点青菜或事一个西红柿。但偶尔自己也会花更长的时间去准备一份午饭。量不在多,有心则精。
